Seattle-based espresso big Starbucks simply unveiled their 3D-printed retailer in Brownsville, Texas: their first 3D-printed retailer in the US. The placement is drive-thru solely and formally opened its doorways in early Could.
Onyx Espresso Lab Introduces Barista Provisions: Craft-High quality Beverage Powders
Onyx Espresso Lab has introduced the launch of Barista Provisions, a curated line of 5 premium beverage powders for each espresso retailers and residential brewers. The powders are designed for a wide range of functions: from lattes and chilly foam to smoothies, baked items, and extra.
“Barista Provisions is our approach of sharing the experience we’ve honed by the years,” Onyx co-founder Jon Allen shared in a press launch.

On April 26, 2025, through the Specialty Espresso Expo in Houston, the Espresso Coalition for Racial Fairness (CCRE) welcomed company to The First Sip!—an occasion created to foster significant connections and rejoice leaders inside the business.
The spotlight of the occasion was The First Sip! Awards presentation, given to people and organizations who embody management, creativity, and repair. The winners have been as follows:

Spirit Tea Presents The Silver Chasen: A New Matcha Competitors for Baristas
On Friday, June 6, 2025, Spirit Tea will host The Silver Chasen: a brand new matcha competitors designed for baristas. Through the occasion, eight groups of two will journey by a sequence of three tea-based challenges, testing their palates, creativity, and barista expertise. The successful workforce will obtain $500 money and two handmade silver chasen necklaces by Alexis Romero.
The occasion will happen at Night time Swim Roastery & Cafe in Charlotte, N.C. Registration is now open at Spirit Tea’s web site.
